3 Easy Super Bowl Party Recipes

It’s that time of year again!

I shared these recipes in separate posts last year, very last minute so I thought I’d share them again this year in one handy little post. Here is 3 of my favourite, very easy Super Bowl party recipes!

Football Brownies

All you need is a pack of brownie mix and some white icing.

I usually use a packet mix because I always end up working on the day of the Super Bowl so I don’t have a lot of time. But you could always make them from scratch if you can!

Make your brownies using your mix or by following a recipe of your choice.

When they’ve cooled, cut the brownies into rectangles. This will make it easier to then cut them into the shape of footballs. You could use a cookie cutter or just carefully use a knife like we did.

Pipe the icing onto the brownies to decorate!

Easy Cocktail Recipe

In case you can’t already tell, in my household, we support the Patriots so we always have a bit of a red, white and blue theme going on. Even the drinks! Last year we made a variation of the Cape Cod except we toned down the cranberry juice with lemonade.

1 part vodka

3 parts cranberry juice

1 part lemonade

Instead of using a lime wedge, we stuck with our theme choosing to add lots of ice, some blueberries and pomegranate seeds.

It’s refreshing, very fruity and keeping in theme with our Super Bowl snacks!

Themed Popcorn

Perhaps the quickest and easiest recipe ever. All you need is a big bag of popcorn and sweets in your team’s colours!

We used sweet popcorn, chocolate M&Ms in red and blue, and white mini marshmallows. We mixed it all in a large mixing bowl before serving it in a ceramic popcorn cone.

It’s so easy and soo yummy!

Have you seen anymore fun, Super Bowl recipes lately? Let me know in the comments, I’m always looking for inspiration!
