Baking Halloween Chocolate Biscuits

After the (slightly stressful) Pumpkin Pie adventure, Sinead and I decided to bake something a little easier from Tanya Bakes. This week we put on some Halloween movies and made some chocolate Halloween biscuits!

We followed Tanya’s recipe for chocolate biscuit dough which worked perfectly and made enough for around 16 biscuits!

We chose to make circular biscuits as well as the gingerbread man shape. We popped them in the oven for 30 minutes.

Decorating the biscuits was so exciting. Using white and black icing and a piping bag, we created skeletons, vampires, mummies and cobwebs! You could also make voodoo dolls or witches, use different coloured icing or add sweets and other decorations.

Baking these yummy Halloween treats was so easy and a lot of fun. I hope you all have a great Halloween!
